Kaffee Haus

I have been in a handful of times. The specialty lattes are always perfect and the food is fresh and delicious. There’s little alcoves with seating if you’re looking for a private space to chat with friends or do some work, and they’ve put a lot of effort into making sure every seat in the house is a good one. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and even when the line is long it moves quickly. I wish I could give more stars.

We came to Fredricksburg last year and came across Kaffee Haus. Incredible coffee! They have now moved down one of the side streets off of main, but definitely worth the extra steps. The interior is incredible with different rooms offering a variety of experiences - one of the most unique setups I have seen in a coffee shop. Coffee is fantastic, the staff is really great! We’ll be back soon.

Across from public bathrooms and right off the main shopping strip. Several snack and coffee options. Vegan and non-dairy milk alternative options (almond, coconut, oat and soy). Very quiet atmosphere. There's an adult only room for an extra quiet space. Several books in a different room to read. Bathroom is available at the back. The building itself is old and has a historical marker on it. Would recommend for a quick snack or coffee stop.

Great little coffee shop. Stopped by on our way out of town and enjoyed some drinks and baked goods. It wasn't busy when we were there, we visited close to closing time and it was a weekday. The staff were still very attentive. Our drinks were good. The pastries were good except for the bread slice which was extremely dry on the outside but stodgey on the inside. It probably just wasn't baked well that day since others have commented that it's usually good. The other pastries were good. They offer some other items as well and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Will visit again next time we're visiting.

One of the cutest coffee shops! The avocado toast and pastries were absolutely delicious, and the coffee was spot-on. Ordering was quick and easy at the counter, and the whole vibe was cozy and welcoming. Definitely coming back next time we’re in town

Beautiful new location just off main. Awesome place to sit and relax. Coffee and espresso are great. If you’re in the mood for something a little sweet I would recommend the Snickerdoodle Latte. Staff is very friendly.

This coffee shop in downtown Fredericksburg is such a gem! It’s tucked inside a beautiful historic building with thoughtful design and gorgeous decor that really sets the scene. We were so impressed with everything we tried. The lattes were smooth and flavorful, the food was fresh, and the setting—both indoors and on the patio—was cozy and inviting. The vegan and gluten-free chocolate chip cookie was seriously delicious, and my mom couldn’t stop talking about how good the quiche was. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!
